TERMS OF SERVICE
General- Personal use only (you may not receive any profit off of my artwork)
- You cannot claim my art or designs as your own
- You may post the commission on platforms with full credit
- You may not use my art for NFTs/AI purposes ever
- I have the right to decline a commission for any reason
- As the artist I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork- I will draw fanart, OCs, dinosaurs, pets
- I will not draw mecha, anthro (except ears and tail), heavy gore, vehicles, detailed environments, very detailed designs, loli, non-con, ect
- If you are unsure if your commission would be within my listed abilities please reach out to discuss- I only work with completed character designs/pictures, I will not work from only a description (exceptions may be made if you have reference pics/something to base the art off of)
- If the character has complicated/additional elements I may charge extra (ex. tattoos, accessories)Payment- Paypal/Ko-Fi only
- Payment will be up front
- Your order will be cancelled if you fail to pay within 48 hours
- If I am unable to do your commission you will get a full refundWork progress- Commissioner will receive a rough draft for approval
- Commissioner will receive a second draft for approval
